If you hold retention rights, were approved for a medical accommodation to work remotely in the 2020-21 school year and chose not to apply for the 2021 Summer Rising program, your retention rights will be honored for this year’s program.The After School Professional Development Program (ASPDP) provides high-quality, low-cost professional learning options to NYC educators that meet their professional learning needs, support their progress towards career goals, develop their instructional practices, and lead to improved student learning.Your credits will be validated 4-6 weeks after the end of the semester, not upon your completion of the course. They will verify your grades and payments before you receive credit. Upon Completion: At the end of the term, we will notify NYC DOE ASPDP of your completion status.
